At Busch USA we support our customers by manufacturing many of our industry-leading vacuum pumps in our clean, modern, state-of-the-art facility in Virginia Beach, VA.

Our on-site manufacturing capabilities include machining, pump and system assembly, testing, painting and crating.

The pump manufacturing process begins with the precise machining of our castings and components on vertical and horizontal machining centers. After machining, all components are thoroughly inspected, cleaned and prepped prior to moving to assembly.

In the assembly area, each pump is hand-assembled by one of our skilled and qualified pump assembly technicians. Each of them take pride in providing you with a true made-in-the-USA vacuum pump that is of the highest quality available in the marketplace.

After assembly, each pump undergoes a thorough run test with key measurements recorded for end pressure, temperature and power.

Each and every pump we make must pass the run test before moving on to final painting and crating.
